As a Lyftaal Skin and Body Care Therapist you will be expected to execute all skin- and body care services to all clients of Lyftaal, as well as completing general administrative and accounting duties related to the skin and body care industry, and contributing to the general hygiene and neatness of Lyftaal.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Skin and Body Care Services
- Analysing the client’s skin and body using a holistic approach
- Treating the client’s skin to maintain and improve its appearance using specialised techniques and products
- Treating the client’s body to improve its appearance, help manage stress and boost general well-being
- Carefully performing extractions of comedones & pustules
- Specialised machine treatments
- Tinting of eyelashes and eyebrows
- Applying chemical peels in order to treat specific skin conditions
- Performing facial and body massages
- Removing body and facial hair by applying wax
- Manicures
- Pedicures
Client advice
- Educating clients on a less aggressive more natural and kind approach to self-care
- Promoting “slow” beauty and living
- Evaluating the client’s skin/body and give advice according to the skin/body analysis
- Referring clients to medical personnel for treatment of serious skin problems
- Referring clients to specialised experts if there are concerns regarding the clients’ general well-being
- Determining which products will improve clients’ skin/body concerns and promote these products to the client accordingly
Equipment
- Sterilising work equipment
- Cleaning work areas
- Washing, drying & folding of towels
- Ensuring and assisting in the general neatness and tidiness of Lyftaal at all times
Administration
- Making and confirming appointments
- Working in the reception area when needed
- Keeping records of client’s needs and preferences, and services provided
- Maintaining client records
- Documenting hours etc. according to company requirements
